Productions | Cavitary electrodes
Cavitary electrodes are designed for electrotherapeutic procedures in different patient’s cavities - nasal; oral; ear; rectal; vaginal:
- direct low-frequency current in widely used galvanization and medicine electrophoresis methods;
- all kinds of faradic current.
Gingival
Electrode is designed for all low-frequency therapeutic procedures in oral cavity. It is produced on the base of paper.
Electrode has a three-layer structure:
- hydrophilous component (white);
- electroconductive non-metal material (grey);
- outer nonconductive layer (multicoloured).
Electrode is hermetically packed in 10-pack and asepticized.
Electrode has a high electrical conduction and when in the moistened state covers patient’s cavity very well, ensuring comfort when carrying out procedure. If necessary, the size of electrode may be changed with the help of scissors.
Current-carrying cable is used for connecting electrode to the unit. Electrotherapeutic unit cable clamp is fixed at the electroconductive layer (grey).
Utilization of used electrodes doesn’t need any special equipment and is carried out by normally.
Rectal (vaginal)
Electrode is designed for all low-frequency therapeutic procedures in rectal or vaginal cavities.
Electrode is made of “TAMPAX” cotton pellet, inside which the electroconductive cord is stitched throughout the length, ensuring equal distribution of electrical potential. The elastic tube for filling the pellet with medicine with the help of medical syringe is laid inside the electrode. Electrode is placed in endotracheal tube and is equipped by a piston tube, this is a system of electrode insertion to cavity.
Electrode is hermetically packed in individual pack and asepticized.
With the help of our electrodes the high-efficiency procedures of chronic adnexitis, cervical erosion, recto-vaginal fistula, male and female sterility, paramenia, inflammatory diseases of adnexas and other inflammatory and dishormonal diseases of genital and excretory systems treatment are carried out.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
- Insert endotracheal tube to the cavity for desired depth.
- Move tubes relative to each other and release the electrode to cavity.
- Then remove piston tube and endotracheal tube.
- Syringe medicine liquid through elastic tube. Liquid sinks immediately, without any stoppage. Quantity of medicine, necessary for pellet filling, is pointed on the electrode label. Pellet should be fully sodden.
- Connect unit cable pin to electroconductive cord (see “Animation”).
- Take out electrode with the help of fibre, sewed in electrode, upon procedure completion.
Utilization of used electrodes doesn’t need any special equipment and is carried out by standard ways.

Endonasal endural
Electrode is designed for galvanization and electrotherapeutic procedures in nasal and ear cavities.
Electrode is made of cotton pellet, inside which the electroconductive cord is stitched throughout the length, ensuring electrical potential equal distribution of cotton pellet.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION:
To carry out the procedure you should:
- wet electrode with water and/or medicine liquid lavishly;
- place electrode in nasal cavity;
- connect unit cable to electroconductive cord.
When procedure is completed:
- disconnect cable;
- remove electrode from cavity;
- Utilize electrode.
If it is necessary to carry out this procedure in right and left cavities simultaneously, use two electrodes and 2-pin cable for connection.
Utilization of used electrodes doesn’t need any special equipment and is carried out by normally.
